Located in Kingseat, South Auckland, Byerley Park is a multifaceted operation.

The 250 acre property is a public training center for thoroughbreds with 9 trainers on site and around 160 horses. It is also home to the NZ Equine Academy run in conjunction with Skills NZ.

The farmland is also home to cattle and produces around 4,000 bales of hay a year. There is an extensive orchard as well as bees which provides produce to popular restaurant Volare. Across the road is Chesterfields, the horse breeding arm of the operation and home to around 25 mares, 20 foals and spellers.
